No Win No Fee Accident Claims
Many companies offer a no win no fee service for handling your accident claim but these generally only cover your legal costs if you win your claim for compensation. The Accident Claim Group are different. Our personal injury solicitors will assess your claim thoroughly and absorb all of the legal costs whether you win or lose.
Before you decide consider the following...
Does no win no fee mean no cost?
No win no fee arrangements work by covering your solicitor's legal fees but they don't mean that you're fully protected from all costs. Some less reputable claims management companies make you take out expensive insurance to cover this eventuality but not The Accident Group. Only in the unlikely event that your case needs to go to court will we discuss the need for insurance.
If you win your claim
If you win your accident claim your personal injury lawyer will recover his legal fees from the losing side's insurance company. These fees can include a success fee, car hire expenses and the costs of independant medical reports. If the total cost of these fees is not recovered it can mean that a substantial deduction is taken from your compensation payout.
We protect you from these costs
The Accident Claim Group and our personal injury solicitors will aim to recover their legal fees and success fee in full from the other party. Any legal costs, car hire fees, medical report costs not recovered are written off. We never take a penny from your compensation payout.
If you lose your claim
You are fully protected from your solicitor's legal fees and costs under the terms of their no win no fee agreement. With road traffic accident compensation claims the other parties insurance company will not charge for any legal costs incurred unless the case is due to be heard in court. This eventuality is very rare and our personal injury solicitors will take out an insurance policy to cover the other parties legal costs and fees. Regardless of the outcome you are fully protected from incurring any costs for the entirety of your accident claim.
